HUMAN REVIEW REQUIRED

Editorial Review

Audience size never promotes a source automatically. Rights decisions and new-city requests require a recorded human review.

Storyline evidence desk

A topic stays internal until it has at least three connected events across multiple dates and sources. Eligible candidates still require a human to choose a specific public name.

Event desk controls

Manual merges are archived reversibly, splits retain the original membership as inactive, and isolated events are excluded from automatic matching.
